Sunday Worship at Prince of Life celebrates and worships the God we know in the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ!

8:00 am “Blended” Worship Service
The 8:00 am service (9:00 am in the summer) uses a more traditional format, with a mix of contemporary hymns, traditional hymns and praise songs. Singing for this service can include accompaniment by piano, guitar, wind instruments, drums/percussion, and organ on a more traditional Sunday.

10:30 am “Contemporary” Worship Service
The second, 10:30 am service features mostly contemporary songs, and is backed by a band. The service has a more casual style.

Holy Communion is offered every Sunday at both services, and is open to all baptized Christians.

Pastor John shares his messages from God’s Word using a three-year cycle of readings that covers the major portions of the Bible. (see Pastor’s Page for helpful sermons)

A children’s message is included at both services, after which younger children are invited to a learning time during the pastor’s sermon. Education for all ages is offered at 9:15 am. Nursery care with professional staff is available all morning for infants through five years of age.

Music and Drama
Linda Biery is the Director of Music Ministry. An adult choir sings every other Sunday at the 8:00 am service, directed by Lennie Torgerson.

A drama team provides a comedic Christmas play every other year, as well as occasional dramatic readings that enhance Sunday morning worship.

Advent and Lent Services
During the seasons of Advent (the four weeks before Christmas) and Lent (the forty days before Easter), a 7:00 pm Wednesday evening half-hour service features meditative music, Scripture, prayer, and a message from Pastor John.

Summer Worship Schedule
Worship from Memorial Weekend through Labor Day is at 9:00 and 10:30 am.
